Department of Rehabilitation Workability (for eligible High School Students)

Provides services to teens and young adults with qualifying disability, toward the goal of employment, including: transition services for teens with IEP’s, ‘Workability’ program (paid job exploration for teens with IEP’s); funding for books and materials; and funding for vocational skills training, technical school, community college, trade school or 2-yr and 4-yr college education.

Regional Occupational Program (ROP)
Provides youth 16 and older, and adults, the opportunity to acquire career training and
technical skills that prepare them for specific jobs.  Offers a six-month Apprenticeship in Ecological Horticulture.  Students raise a wide variety of vegetable, fruit, and flower crops as part of their hands-on training. Fresh organic produce is sold twice a week both through a 140-member CSA and at the Market Cart, located at the base of campus.
